• Collaborative, encouraging, and growth-focused ✔ Competitive Pay + Benefits What You'll Do Work 1:1 with children (ages 2-10) using play-based learning Implement behavior and teaching programs designed by supervisors Support communication, social, and daily living skills Track progress using digital tools (iPad/Chromebook) Maintain a safe, fun, and engaging environment Collaborate with your team and communicate regularly What We're Looking For Experience working with children (required) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Passionate about helping kids grow and succeed Open to feedback and learning Ability to stay active and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation Comfortable using technology

Education:
