  • Work well in a school environment Responsibilities
  • Provide direct ABA services to p reschooler in a private school in Issaquah
  • Implement skill-building programs through play-based and motivating interactions
  • Support communication, independence, and social development
  • Collect and record data with accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with supervisors, families, and teachers
  • Maintain learner dignity and prioritize safety at all times Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or similar field with children ages 3-15 for at least 1 year
  • Current RBT or CBT certification
  • Experience working with young children with disabilities
  • Ability to actively engage with young learners (sitting on the floor, moving quickly, light lifting)
  • An active driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience
  • Neurodiversity-affirming and assent-based practices
  • Play-based learning approaches
