What You'll Do:

Clinical Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA practices. Analyze client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed. Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization. Maintain timely, accurate documentation that meets payer and regulatory requirements. Leadership & Supervision Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians. Conduct competency assessments and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Support staff development through modeling, mentorship, and clinical guidance. Promote high-quality clinical services across your caseload. Collaboration Partner with families, schools, physicians, and interdisciplinary providers. Participate in treatment planning meetings and clinical consultation. Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Washington Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain licensure. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or other developmental disabilities. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians. Experience providing services across clinic, home, school, and community settings. Compensation $48.00-$53.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
