Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments — Complete FBAs in accordance with Washington State school and clinical guidelines. Develop Behavior Intervention Plans — Create evidence‑based BIPs aligned with student IEPs or client treatment goals. Qualifications Active BCBA certification and Washington licensure (or eligibility) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred Ability to work across diverse school or clinical environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Washington public schools or early‑intervention programs. Familiarity with Washington State IEP processes and
MTSS/FBT
frameworks. Prior supervision of RBTs or paraeducators. Experience supporting students with autism, developmental disabilities, or significant behavioral needs.
