Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA Certification Washington State BCBA license, or willingness to obtain prior to start Ability to complete fingerprinting through OSPI, or willingness to do so Experience working with K-12 students or similar pediatric populations (strongly preferred) Previous supervision of staff (such as Behavior Support Assistants) is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Commitment to onsite work; virtual candidates are not eligible

Responsibilities:

Deliver functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention planning, and direct support throughout the district's K-12 settings Supervise and mentor Behavioral Support Assistants, guiding implementation of effective intervention strategies Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student growth and classroom success Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed Remain current on best practices in applied behavior analysis within educational environments This is a contract position running from September 9, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
