Job description: Waves Behavioral Services is a growing agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and culturally responsive ABA services to children and families. We are currently seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA home services to a client in the Lynnwood, WA area. This position will begin part-time over the summer and has the potential to grow into a full-time role (up to 40 hours per week) once the school year begins. We are looking for a team member who is reliable, adaptable, and open to a flexible schedule. The preferred start date for this position is as soon as possible.

Schedule:

Summer (before school starts): Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-5:00 PM (approximately 20 hours per week) School year: hours can increase up to 40 hours per week Flexibility with scheduling is essential, as hours will shift once the school year begins Additional clients at school in the Lynnwood area to build a full-time caseload

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to the client Collect data accurately and consistently Collaborate with caregivers and clinical supervisors Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity at all times

Requirements:

Reliable and consistent method of transportation (required) Current CPR/First Aid certification (required) Active CBT (required) Flexibility and availability to increase hours when the school year begins (required) RBT credential preferred Experience in early intervention (preferred) Strong communication skills and professionalism

Compensation:
