Job Description

We are hiring a Registered Behavior Technician at Gale Behavior Consulting who will provide ABA services at the client's school, working with one child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Age 13). You will be working 1:1 with the student, implementing a BIP, taking data, and assisting the student in accessing their education. We are looking for someone that is available to commit for the duration of the school year. It is important to note that the individual will be attending a religious based school. The student will be in 6th grade at Cedar Park Christian School. Prayer, weekly chapel, and their beliefs on what the bible teaches are significant aspects of the school day and what the student will be participating in. Sharing the same beliefs is not required for the job, but helping the student access the learning and activities are.
Job Starts:
September 1st, 2026 Hours needed: Monday
  • Friday 7:45am
  • 3:00pm Total Weekly Hours = 36.

Qualifications:
  • RBT or CBT certification, an AA degree, High School Diploma, or more
  • Exposure to individuals with Autism through family, friends, or work experience is a plus!
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Pass company background check
  • Pass school district background check and volunteer check
  • Reliable form of transportation as you will be driving yourself to the clients' school
Responsibilities:
  • Work with children in their school, helping them learn how to communicate, play, access their education and environment independently!
  • Learn to directly implement ABA programming from Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Accurately record treatment data
  • Engage in and ensure client safety
  • Always maintain confidentiality of all clients as well as a professional conduct
