As a new and growing company, we provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges in homes and schools.
Position:
Part-Time/Full-Time Certified Behavior Technician
  • CBT or RBT certification and experience is required. Please do not apply if you do not already meet this requirement
  • Location/s:
    1.) Seattle, Everett, Shoreline, Lynnwood, Granite Falls, Marysville, WA
  • Willingness to drive to Greater Seattle Area (Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodenville, Bellevue, Granite Falls, Everett, Lynnwood, Shoreline) for other clients when available

Part-time(with potential for full time if interested)
  • Current openings: Weekday afternoons 3pm
  • 7pm
Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plan under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior digitally during sessions with Catalyst and maintain accurate, detailed records of client sessions and progress in daily notes.
  • Responsible for timely tracking of hours worked digitally with Gusto app.
  • Assist in the implementation of behavior support plans to decrease challenging behaviors, including physical aggression, verbal aggression, tantrums, and self-injury
  • Teach clients appropriate social, communication, and life skills.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment goals are being met.
  • Provide feedback and support to clients' families and caregivers.
Qualifications:
  • REQUIRED
    Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) or Registered Behavior Technician(RBT)
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with special needs and behavioral challenges(aggression, self-injury, elopement, tantrum behavior).
  • Preferred:
    Currently earning or have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping others.
