Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive, school-based behavioral support in Moses Lake, Washington. This onsite role serves students across a wide range of grade levels, from Pre-K through age 21, supporting diverse behavioral and educational needs. The ideal candidate is collaborative, data-driven, and committed to improving student outcomes across a district-wide setting.

Schedule:
37.5 hours per week
Duration:
August 26 through June 27 (school year assignment)
Setting:
Fully onsite / in-person
Caseload:
District-wide support across PK-12+ programs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative services across multiple school sites Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families Train and coach staff on behavior strategies, interventions, and data collection Analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making and intervention adjustments Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Ensure compliance with ethical, district, and state guidelines
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working in school settings and across multiple age groups preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage a flexible schedule across multiple sites
