Monday-Friday | Full-Time (35-40 hours/week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive school-based team. This full-time role focuses on working directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans and support their academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and record accurate data on student progress Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff Assist in developing positive behavior strategies and interventions Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification required Previous experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain patient, consistent, and professional in all situations
