School Year Contract Job Description:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs and making a meaningful impact in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Reinforce positive behaviors and support social-emotional development Collect and record data on student progress and behavior Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other school staff Assist students with daily classroom activities and transitions Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred Background in ABA therapy or school-based settings is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain patient, consistent, and professional
