Schedule:

Full-time, 37 hrs/week (In-person only) Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an in-person role offering flexible scheduling and competitive pay based on experience. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect accurate session data and maintain proper documentation Assist with behavioral interventions, skill acquisition, and social/communication goals Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients Collaborate with BCBA supervisors, families, and other clinical staff Attend training sessions and team meetings as required Qualifications Current RBT certification (or actively completing the RBT credential process) High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Experience working with children or adults with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
