Position Overview We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team! BTs work 1:1 with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support skill development, communication, and independence. This is a hands-on, play-based role where creativity, patience, and consistency are key. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress Support skill development in communication, social interaction, play, and daily living Use positive reinforcement and behavior strategies to reduce challenging behaviors Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, and team members Maintain a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment What We're Looking For Passion for working with children (experience with special needs is a plus!) Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills Ability to stay engaged, playful, and patient throughout sessions Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA Qualifications High school diploma required Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred but not required) RBT/CBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 2-3 weeks of hire, we will guide you!)
