Thrive ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team—whether part-time or full-time. What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is someone who: Is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. Has experience in providing direct therapy services and enjoys working independently. Is self-motivated and committed to providing high-quality work. Stays up to date on best practices, especially those in Today's ABA (SBT/HRE/Dr. Hanley's model).
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality ABA Therapy to young autistic children. Collaborate with families and professionals to provide holistic care. No need to work with insurance providers—focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional ABA therapy .
Qualifications:
BCBA certification Washington State Behavior Analyst License (LBA) CPR/First Aid certification
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive Pay:
$50 to $75 per hour for direct, billable work. Paid Sick Leave for all employees. 401k for all employees Health insurance for full-time employees. Mileage reimbursement for travel if needed.
