9622787-98387 Job Description Empower positive change in K-12 students lives as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the entire 2026-2027 academic year. In this impactful role, youll serve a diverse district-wide caseload and work directly with students, teachers, and educational staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans. Youll also provide expert supervision to Behavioral Support Assistants, helping to elevate student support across grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or eligibility to obtain a WA BCBA License before the start date Completed or willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI Expertise working with K-12 students, ideally in an educational or school-based setting Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise and mentor staff, and adapt behavioral strategies based on individual student needs Effective communicator, adept at maintaining detailed records and reporting on student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans Train and supervise Behavioral Support Assistants district-wide Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support positive student outcomes Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust plans as needed Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment across varied grade levels This rewarding opportunity is a contract role for the full 2026-2027 school year, running from September 9, 2026 through June 16, 2027.
