In this role, therapists implement treatment plans and collect data on client progress under the supervision of a BCBA while working as part of a collaborative clinical team. Description Position Overview Strides Therapeutic Services is seeking energetic and dedicated Behavior Therapists to join our Vancouver, WA clinic. In this role, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents (ages 18 months-18 years) on the autism spectrum. Therapists work directly with clients to implement treatment plans, support skill development, and collect data on client progress under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide ABA services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Implement written treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collect accurate data to measure client progress Maintain detailed session notes and documentation Collaborate with supervisors, fellow therapists, and client caregivers Maintain a positive, engaging, and structured therapy environment Qualifications Ability to pass a criminal background check Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children and families Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and clinical instructions Comfort with collecting and documenting behavioral data Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team and follow supervisory guidance Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field preferred
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$21.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
