Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism and providing exceptional patient care. Duties Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavioral health treatment plans Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to address patient needs Perform diagnostic evaluations and provide recommendations for ongoing care Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations in all aspects of patient care Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans Experience in behavioral health interventions and strategies Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes Familiarity with medical records management and documentation Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
