As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you ll help children achieve life-changing milestones-like saying I love you for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old. No RBT? $17-18.00 per hour Sign On Bonus $750. Obtained your RBT?
