Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized behavioral plans based on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments Conduct behavior analysis using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly Perform intake assessments to determine client needs, strengths, and goals in collaboration with families and healthcare teams Provide direct patient care through therapeutic sessions, skill-building activities, and behavior management strategies Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Collaborate with educators, therapists, medical professionals, and families to coordinate care plans and support services Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities Familiarity with special education practices and working within educational or clinical settings Proficiency in data collection methods to track behavioral progress effectively Understanding of medical terminology, medical documentation processes, and patient assessment techniques Ability to navigate HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality Excellent communication skills for working with diverse populations including patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Compassionate patient care approach combined with a proactive attitude toward diagnostic evaluation and behavioral health support Join us in empowering individuals through compassionate care, innovative strategies, and dedicated teamwork.
