What You ll

Do:

Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child s journey toward greater independence and confidence. Why You ll

Caravel Pay Details:

No RBT? $16.50

• $17.50 Obtained your RBT 1? $17.00
• $19.

50 with potential to move up to $21.50 with progressions into Advanced ARBT Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
