Job Description
No experience needed, as we will train you, but having fun is necessary! A behavior technician works and plays with children of all ages with autism spectrum disorder in their home, implementing goals created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors Collaborate with the clinical team to provide feedback on client progress Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
