Job Description

What You'll Do:
Change the lives of our clients and their families by working one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), either in their homes or at the clinic Directly serve a community in need Implement individualized behavior plans (i.e., skill acquisition and behavior reduction) designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Use a company-provided tablet to collect data on programs and ensure treatment quality Collaborate with clinical and support teams to enhance client progress Mentor new team members as they "launch" their applied behavior analysis (ABA) careers
Who You Are:
An RBT with a current and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or an individual willing to complete the 40-hour training requirement (course cost paid for by Launch) Available to work Full-time, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm A high school graduate with a diploma or equivalent Capable of routinely lifting up to 25 lbs Able to pass a state and federal background check Someone with the desire to be part of a team that's constantly setting the standard when it comes to providing exceptional care and support Willing to travel throughout the CSRA and have reliable transportation
