We are looking for an experienced clinician and leader - someone who doesn't just manage a caseload, but elevates clinical quality, mentors other clinicians, and helps build something meaningful. This is a highly collaborative, primarily on-site leadership role focused on clinical quality, mentorship, and helping shape the future growth of our ABA therapy services. Now, we're ready for the next level-and we're looking for the right person to help us get there. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Opportunity This is a hands-on, on-site clinical leadership role where you will: Develop and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs/BTs Elevate clinical quality across the organization Build and refine clinical systems and processes Be present, engaged, and actively involved in the work You'll start with a small caseload to immerse yourself in our systems, with the opportunity to grow out of direct caseload as you demonstrate value. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ What You'll Do Provide real-time coaching and feedback to clinical staff Mentor BCBAs to strengthen clinical judgment and independence Step into sessions to support, model, and problem-solve in real time Ensure treatment is implemented with fidelity and integrity Build, implement, and refine clinical systems, workflows, and expectations Maintain strong documentation practices aligned with payer and compliance standards Identify opportunities to strengthen systems and processes -and act on them Support onboarding and development of new staff Help scale the organization without compromising quality _________________________________________________________________________________________________ What We're Looking For Required BCBA certification Licensed in WI (or willing to obtain) Deep understanding of ABA principles, data-driven decision-making, and clinical best practices Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder Experience supervising and developing clinical staff Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Ability to operate effectively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment High level of clinical and documentation integrity , including adherence to payer and regulatory standards Highly Valued Experienced training or mentoring BCBAs Background in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Experience building or improving systems/processes Comfort in a growing, evolving organization Who You Are Clinically strong and confident in your judgment Hands-on, engaged, and present in the work Action-oriented and accountable Focused on developing people and improving systems You care about doing things right-not just getting them done Motivated to be part of something growing with intention _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Growth & Long-Term Opportunity There is no ceiling in this role.
