Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Type:
Full-Time or Part-Time Join a Team Built on Support and Growth Sonnenberg is a locally owned behavioral health organization providing center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals across the lifespan. We are seeking compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This is an in-person position offering consistent weekday hours, ongoing supervision from BCBAs, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative clinical environment. Schedule Monday through Friday No evenings, weekends, or major holidays Typical full-time hours: 8:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. Full-time and part-time opportunities available Responsibilities Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Support skill development through structured activities and daily routines Collect and record data on client progress Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with company policies
Qualifications Required:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Reliable transportation Ability to participate in active sessions, including floor-based activities and lifting up to 20 pounds Ability to pass required background checks
Preferred:
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Experience in education, behavioral health, childcare, or human services Why Join Sonnenberg?
