Job Description

We have the expertise and the knowledge to ignite the potential in every child! Ignite Child Development Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our collaborative team. We bring our experience, passion, and expertise to support under-resourced and underserved communities. Ignite is a clinician-led, innovative behavioral health program focused on delivering individualized, embedded services. We provide intervention in children's natural environments, helping them build meaningful skills where they live, learn, and grow. Our therapists specialize in developmental skill-building and relationship-based behavioral regulation. We incorporate evidence-based practices, including the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), and offer bilingual services to better support diverse children and families. We are committed to delivering exceptional, individualized care tailored to each child's unique needs. Our small, community-based program is led by a dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We prioritize quality over quantity and are deeply committed to improving the lives of children and their families through ethical, compassionate, and effective therapeutic services. Ignite BCBAs are leaders of our clinical teams and guide all interventions. The BCBA oversees both clinical and operational aspects of service delivery across a variety of settings, including schools. This includes supervising clinical staff, implementing procedures and processes, providing training, and ensuring quality control for autism intervention services. We also provide trauma-informed care for children with a range of diagnoses and behavioral needs. Our BCBAs establish and maintain the high standards that define our programs, and we invest in their professional growth and development.
Position Summary:
The BCBA oversees clinical and operational aspects of delivering autism intervention, including supervising clinical staff and implementing procedures, training, and quality control. This role includes developing standards and guidelines for behavioral care services and working directly with clients with autism spectrum disorder or related conditions.
Education and Experience Required:
Master's Degree in ABA, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Wisconsin Licensed Behavior Analyst 4,000 hours supervising clinicians providing autism intervention Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Essential Duties and Functions:
Maintain a clinical caseload with a billable expectation of 62.5& of total hours per week Conduct assessments, develop goals, write treatment plans, and monitor client progress Build strong relationships with clients and families, maintaining open communication regarding progress and needs Provide direct, one-on-one services to clients and families Educate and train families on evidence-based behavior management techniques Address and resolve concerns related to treatment or service delivery Supervise, observe, coach, and mentor clinical staff Maintain accurate records of services, time, and expenses Oversee documentation and record keeping for supervised clinicians Conduct Functional Analyses and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans Train staff on data collection and progress tracking Lead meetings with families and involved professionals and maintain communication as needed Ensure compliance with HIPAA, documentation standards, billing accuracy, and authorizations Complete all required background checks and adhere to a drug-free workplace policy Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement of services Travel to various locations and maintain a flexible schedule

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
