Job Description
We have the expertise and the knowledge to ignite the potential in every child! Ignite Child Development Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our collaborative team. We bring our experience, passion, and expertise to support under-resourced and underserved communities. Ignite is a clinician-led, innovative behavioral health program focused on delivering individualized, embedded services. We provide intervention in children's natural environments, helping them build meaningful skills where they live, learn, and grow. Our therapists specialize in developmental skill-building and relationship-based behavioral regulation. We incorporate evidence-based practices, including the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), and offer bilingual services to better support diverse children and families. We are committed to delivering exceptional, individualized care tailored to each child's unique needs. Our small, community-based program is led by a dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We prioritize quality over quantity and are deeply committed to improving the lives of children and their families through ethical, compassionate, and effective therapeutic services. Ignite BCBAs are leaders of our clinical teams and guide all interventions. The BCBA oversees both clinical and operational aspects of service delivery across a variety of settings, including schools. This includes supervising clinical staff, implementing procedures and processes, providing training, and ensuring quality control for autism intervention services. We also provide trauma-informed care for children with a range of diagnoses and behavioral needs.
