Behavior Technician

Childhood Autism Treatment Team (CHATT) in Palmyra WI, is seeking Autism Behavioral Treatment Technicians in SE WI. This is a very flexible position, an ideal job for college or pre-college students interested in working with children or gaining experience while pursuing your psychology, education, social work, medical, or human services education. Behavior techs join a therapy team in a family home (or homes), under the supervision of a team lead senior behavior therapist, implementing programs of one-on-one ABA (applied behavioral analysis) treatment with children on the autism spectrum (age range from 2-12 years). Goals focus on behavioral, social, and life skills support.
