Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Kingwood, WV Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location:
Kingwood, WV Pay:
$26-$31 per hour, based on experience and credentials Are you an RBT who wants to do meaningful work without feeling like you're doing it alone? At Able Minds ABA , we're looking for compassionate, dependable RBTs to join our growing team in Kingwood, West Virginia . We believe great ABA starts with great people — and that our technicians deserve strong clinical support, communication, and opportunities to grow. What You'll Do Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to children in accordance with their treatment plans Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision Collect accurate session data and maintain timely, high-quality session notes Help clients build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies Communicate professionally with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development Celebrate the small wins — because in ABA, sometimes a small win is actually a BIG deal! What We're Looking For Active RBT certification preferred Candidates currently completing their RBT requirements are welcome to apply Experience working with children, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, education, or behavioral health is a plus Reliable transportation Strong communication and documentation skills Dependable, patient, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team A genuine desire to help children learn, grow, and become more independent Why Join Able Minds ABA?
