What You'll Do Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to children in accordance with their treatment plans Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision Collect accurate session data and maintain timely, high-quality session notes Help clients build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies Communicate professionally with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development Celebrate the small wins — because in ABA, sometimes a small win is actually a BIG deal!
