As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with Able Minds ABA, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, providing top-tier ABA therapy to families in need. Our organization is built on a foundation of experience, passion, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated BCBA to join our team of professionals. As a BCBA with Able Minds ABA, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism. With no caseload, you will have the flexibility to focus on data-driven therapy and collaboration with our team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need for each individual Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of professionals Provide ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, using evidence-based techniques and strategies Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions Collaborate with our team of professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and SLPs, to ensure comprehensive support for each individual Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
