Aspen ABA is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our growing team. This position is Part-Time in Rawlins with potential for more hours in the future! BTs are supported and are always able to speak with their supervisors with concerns or questions. We use a naturalistic-based approach to ABA therapy with high quality services that are customized to our learners and the environments in which the services are most needed. This is a great opportunity for those with experience as a CNA, caregiver, DSP, paraprofessional, special education aide, or anyone passionate about helping others. No prior ABA experience is required—we provide all the training you need to be successful! Pay scale for behavioral technicians (BTs) who don't have their RBT is $16-18 depending on experience. BTs will earn their RBT (paid training) with Aspen ABA and upon passing the test, receive a substantial bonus. For those who already have their RBT certification, the pay scale is $22-$25 depending on their level of experience.
