Job Description
Job Description This role is a month-long contract with possibility of extensions. Location on site in San Diego, Monday through Friday 7-3:30pm. This individual will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of biomedical and laboratory equipment, including ventilators, infusion devices, patient monitors, and other electronic instrumentation.

Key responsibilities include:
- Performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment calibration
- Diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues at the component level
- Ensuring all equipment meets safety and manufacturer specifications
- Managing documentation, inventory tracking, and maintenance records
- Supporting equipment evaluations, upgrades, and replacement recommendations
- Collaborating with vendors when needed and providing guidance to junior technicians
