Job Description

Job Overview Join a small, local business that proudly partners with a multi-million dollar international medical device manufacturer. Our work directly supports patients who rely on oxygen equipment every day - what you will be doing here truly matters. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our Repair team. If you enjoy working with your hands, problem solving, and learning a skilled trade in the medial device industry, this could be a great fit for you. No prior experience is required - we will provide hands on training and all necessary tools. Schedule Monday-Friday; 8:00AM - 4:00PM (EST). 30 minute paid lunch 2x paid 15 minute breaks throughout the day. Overtime is not mandatory, but can extend to 6:00PM when applicable.

Benefits Starting pay $16/hr with potential to increase to $20/hr within 1 year. Health, Dental, and Life Insurance provided (we cover 90% of cost for you). Paid Overtime Annual Paid Time Off and Sick Time (increases with seniority) Great work/life balance Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot oxygen concentrators and related DME equipment. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance with attention to detail and thoroughness. Complete post repair performance testing to ensure equipment meets quality standards. Accurately document repair and post testing information. Collaborate with fellow technicians and managers in order to meet daily repair goals. Assist in additional operational tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Skills A strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (tools are provided). An organized, detail-oriented mindset - accuracy matters at our company. Good communication skills and a team-first attitude. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Prior repair, mechanical, or maintenance experience is a strong plus but not required. Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
