Government Contracting Healthcare Laboratory Services About Bio-Tech Lab Services Bio-Tech Lab Services is a growing technical services company supporting healthcare, laboratory, and controlled-environment facilities. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Field Technician to support testing, certification, sampling, documentation, and maintenance-related activities at government healthcare facilities. Position Responsibilities Perform or assist with testing and certification of laboratory equipment Support biological safety cabinet (BSC) testing and certification Assist with chemical fume hood and airflow testing Support clean-bench, isolator, and clean-room testing Collect environmental and viable air/surface samples Maintain accurate equipment and service records Prepare inspection reports and documentation Identify equipment deficiencies and communicate findings Coordinate with laboratory personnel and government facility staff Follow OSHA, facility safety, and Lockout/Tagout procedures Travel between assigned government facilities as required Respond to service requests, including time-sensitive assignments Preferred Qualifications Experience with biological safety cabinets, laboratory equipment, HVAC/airflow testing, or environmental testing Experience working in hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, or government facilities Knowledge of
NSF/ANSI 49, USP
requirements, or related standards Mechanical, electrical, HVAC, laboratory, or engineering background Strong documentation and computer skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to meet applicable government facility/security requirements BSC certification experience is highly desirable. NSF-49 certification/accreditation is mandatory. No phone calls please. $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
