2+ years required; 5+ years ideal About the Role AT Analytical, an SSA company, is hiring a Repair/Certification Technician to test, certify, calibrate, and maintain the controlled environments and critical equipment that keep science and patient care running. You will be the trusted expert who walks into a pharmaceutical cleanroom, a research lab, or a hospital and certifies that it is safe to do the work. This is hands-on, customer-facing field service in a highly regulated industry where precision and reliability are everything — and where the technician who shows up is the last line of defense between our customers and a failed audit, a contaminated batch, or downed equipment. Complete accurate, on-time service reports and certification documentation in line with regulatory and company standards. Identify additional customer needs and service opportunities, contributing to revenue growth through exceptional service. Operate safely and independently while managing a travel-based schedule across the Midwest region. Success in the First 12 Months An A-player in this seat will: Complete all required technical certifications and qualifications within 12 months, including BSC certification, cleanroom testing, and autoclave preventive maintenance. Maintain customer satisfaction scores above company standards while representing AT Analytical professionally on every call.
