Job Description

Home Medical Equipment Tech - Knoxville, TN Lincare Holdings United States, Tennessee, Knoxville Apr 14, 2026 The Home Medical Equipment Tech triages rental home respiratory equipment and performs required repairs, calibration, and recertification in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Lincare guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Repairs and recertifies of home Ventilator, Concentrators, and other Respiratory equipment per manufacturer guidelines
  • Executes testing procedures utilizing proprietary test equipment, ensures compliance to codes/manufacturer's instructions, troubleshoots, and sterilizes equipment for patient use.
  • Performs preventive maintenance and manufacturer required function testing
  • Triages returned devices and determines proper disposition
  • Maintains a safe and organized production/test area
  • Documents and maintains records all for all repair and function test of equipment
