Lifeway Mobility , a leader in an accessibility solutions, is seeking skilled Field Medical Device Install Technicians to join their team in Richmond, VA . If you have any hands-on experience installing or servicing medical devices/medical equipment, this is your start to a fulfilling career! Access to a well-maintained company truck to drive to customers' residences. All tools are provided by Lifeway Mobility! Clear path for advancement : There is a clear path for career growth at Lifeway Mobility. All new technicians start out as trainees while they grow their skillset. You will have the opportunity to be promoted into higher level Technician roles, as well as mentor and trainer roles - all of which will earn you increased wages! Monday - Friday daytime schedule! Some overtime opportunities are available on Saturdays to earn more but are not required.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Install and repair accessibility products including wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and more Explain the project to the customer and answer questions Enter work order and inventory data in the Lifeway computer system Receive manufacturer training and on-the-job training (paid time) Pick up and load company vehicle at the Long Island location each morning Work on jobs throughout the Richmond area No overnight travel, occasional Saturday overtime Work independently or as part of a two-person team About the
