Service Technician - Medical Equipment

CoMedical Inc is looking for an experienced service technician located North of Seattle to focus on area Seattle to Bellingham who would troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install, test, and calibrate basic to moderately complex medical equipment. This is an opportunity to be involved with a company introducing new technology to the healthcare arena.

Responsibilities would include:

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electronic, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic device malfunctions to the system, device, assembly or component level. Perform preventive maintenance by cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, calibrating, verifying performance and electrical safety testing. Confer with staff, healthcare providers, and management to resolve equipment problems. Mon-Fri - Day Shift (Occasional evening/weekend work)

Typical Equipment Serviced:

General BioMed Equipment, Surgical Tables, OR Lights, Sterile Washers, Steam Sterilizers and Autoclaves, and Ultrasonic Cleaners.

Skills:

Excellent mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Able to troubleshoot with digital multi-meter Able to lift 75 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally Able to use common hand & power tools Must possess valid WA state driver's license and have a good driving record Possess outstanding customer service skills Skill and proficiency with common computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Able to present a professional presence with customers Excellent time management skills and personal discipline Able to maintain confidentiality and pass a drug test
