About The Role We are seeking a Cath Lab Technologist (experience preferred but not required) to support a fast-paced outpatient-based lab specializing in revascularization procedures. This role is central to procedural readiness, radiation safety, and quality outcomes in a solo-provider endovascular practice. The ideal candidate is comfortable working closely with a single interventionalist, thrives in small-town environment, and takes ownership of both technical and compliance-related aspects of daily lab operations. NO call, NO weekends and NO holidays Key Responsibilities Prepare, set up and break down the cath lab suite for peripheral angiography endovascular procedures Operate imaging equipment (fluoroscopy/C-Arm) and assist with image positioning and radiation dose optimization Scrub in and assist the physician with catheters, wires, sheaths, balloons, stents and closure devices during procedures Ensure inventory of catheters, wires, stents, and disposables is stocked, rotated, and within expiration Support sterile processing and adherence to OSHA bloodborne pathogen and sharps safety protocols Participate in radiation safety monitoring and equipment QC/preventive maintenance logs Support AAAHC accreditation readiness by maintaining logs, checklists, and documentation required under quality assurance standards Participate in emergency response protocols and be certified in

ACLS/BLS

for procedural emergencies Required Qualifications Licensed Paramedic, graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or Cardiovascular Interventional Technology program Current BLS and ACLS certification Working knowledge of sterile technique, radiation safety principles, and contrast reaction management Familiarity with OSHA bloodborne pathogens standard and sharps injury prevention practices Work Environment This position is based in a single-provider OBL, distinct from a hospital cath lab. Staff can expect a close-knit team, direct daily collaboration with physician, and a broad scope of responsibility spanning clinical, technical, and quality/compliance functions. Occasional extended hours may be required to accommodate procedural schedules or urgent cases Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods during procedures and wear lead aprons (typically 8-12 lbs) for multiple hours per day Ability to lift/move up to 25-50 lbs (equipment, supplies, patient assistance)
