Performs echocardiography procedures in an acute care setting Works within cardiology services team Supports physicians with diagnostic imaging

COMPENSATION

Salary Range:

SCHEDULE

Full-time Monday through Friday 6:30 AM•5:00 PM 50/50 call requirement for nights and weekends ROLE Perform ECHO procedures according to professional standards Review patient history and prepare patients for procedures Educate patients on procedures Administer contrast media when ordered Monitor patient status during procedures Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment Ensure safety and quality control standards Analyze imaging results and address quality concerns Enter and transmit reports and scan results

Requirements:

Cardiac Sonography training

REQUIRED BLS

certification

REQUIRED

Echo Registry certification preferred OR registry-eligible (must obtain within one year) Carotid training preferred Associate's Degree preferred Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently

REQUIRED

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress clinical environment
