Job Summary HeartFit For Duty, LLC is seeking to hire a CPET Technician. We are looking for a caring, compassionate, motivated team member who has a willingness to serve our Public Safety patient population by improving their overall health and performance. The successful candidate will work with a team of providers and will assist in delivering premium care to each patient. We are located at 5620 W Thunderbird Rd. Suite C-1, Glendale, AZ 85306.

Our hours of operation are:

7:00am - 5:00pm Mon, Tues, Thurs & 7:00am - 4:00pm Fri (closed on Wednesdays and weekends). •Training and Onboarding will be held at our Mesa Location•Responsibilities Daily calibration on CPET equipment. Restocking of all supplies for daily tests including masks, electrodes, nose clips, filters, water, towels-rotating, etc. Upkeep of medical equipment and testing supplies inventory. Testing of patients for PFT and Bike Test (around 30 minutes per patient). Explains testing accurately and in detail to patients in order to ensure understanding and patient consent. Once tests are completed, upload results into patient's chart. Ensure all equipment is turned on/off and shut down properly at the end of the day. Prepping flow sheets. Provide quality customer service and excellent patient care. Answer multi-line phones and direct the caller to the appropriate party if needed. Phlebotomy as needed. Assists in Hearing and Vision testing when necessary. Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on provider's availability. Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help them schedule testing for services when needed. Qualifications Valid Government Driver's License High School diploma or equivalent At least 1 year recent experience performing exercise stress testing/cardiac rehab testing At least 1 year recent experience performing Pulmonary Function Tests (preferred) EKG (Experience required)

BLS, ACLS

Certification (preferred) CPET Certification (preferred) Organization and time management to manage a variety of tasks effectively Attention to detail Ability to schedule patients correctly and communicate scheduling difficulties Technological/Software knowledge and skills Interpersonal skills to interact positively and professionally with patients and staff

All drug testing procedures will be conducted in a manner that respects employee privacy and confidentiality.

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
