3x12-hour day shifts Start date: 09/14/2026 Work setting: hospital-based cardiovascular/cath lab Responsibilities Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated portions of the body as ordered by physicians. Position patients, explain procedures, and adjust exposure factors to obtain diagnostic-quality images. Prepare and organize equipment, rooms, and supplies; monitor patient safety during imaging procedures. Produce diagnostic images and document exam information; verify exams in PACS and communicate pertinent findings to physicians. Apply radiation safety principles, maintain equipment readiness, and support the imaging team during procedures as needed. Requirements ARRT Radiography (R) certification (ARRT-R) required California Radiologic Technologist license (RT) required; Hawaii RT license also listed as applicable Fluoroscopy license required in California within 6 months of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
Education:
Associate's Degree in radiologic technology preferred
Experience:
At least two years of recent professional experience in the field
Other:
