1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with 2+ years of acute adult and pediatric echo experience and CCI or ARDMS certification. Details Acute care hospital setting within the Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer unit Adult and pediatric patient population Uses GE equipment and Epic EHR system 4x10 hour day shifts, either 7:00 AM-5:30 PM or 9:30 AM-8:00 PM Every other weekend required After-hours call required 2 nights per week (8:00 PM-6:00 AM) with a 60-minute response time Requirements CCI or ARDMS certification required BLS certification required Minimum of 2 years of acute adult and pediatric echo experience required Pediatric echo experience strongly preferred, though pediatric certification is not required License required if applicable Additional Information Perform echocardiography and cardiac sonography procedures on adult and pediatric patients Accepts local candidates at the local rate 50-mile radius rule applies Returning staff must have a 1-year separation before returning as a traveler Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request approved per contract Must complete lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing
