Come join our Respiratory team at Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Of New England! Position Purpose Performs pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis on adult, pediatric and neonatal patients utilizing patient cooperation and diagnostic equipment. What you will do Assess patient and ordered diagnostic services to ensure for adequate ability of patient to be tested Ensure that all quality standards have been performed and are acceptable prior to patient testing Prepare reports in an accurate and timely manner Perform normal equipment maintenance procedures and maintain laboratory area as a clean and safe environment, disinfecting and/or sterilizing all equipment prior to patient interface Minimum Qualifications Associate in Science Degree, Respiratory Care Two to three years experience in respiratory care Certified respiratory technician or certified pulmonary technologist Position Highlights and Benefits Full time 40hrs on days Excellent benefits - starting day 1!
