Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab Experience:

Licenses:

CLT-FL(Copy needed)

Certifications:

CERT-ARRT

• CI(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)

SSN Required DOB Required Work History:

Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
