• BLS Special Requirements:

• Flu vaccine required
• signed Medical/Religious Exemptions ONLY
• Experience working in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab required.
• PACS required.
• Cardioversion, Pacemaker Insertion, and Tilt Table Study experience required
• Angioplasty and Stent placement required.
• Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, and Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography experience required.
• Experience with

Special Equipment:

Impella, Balloon Pump, CSI, Shockwave, Penumbra preferred.
