Cardiovascular Technologist Florida Cardiovascular Partners Surgical Center is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team in Port St. Lucie, Florida. About the Role The Cardiovascular Technologist provides technical support during cardiovascular and vascular procedures, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with cardiovascular and vascular procedures Preparing patients, procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies Operating and maintaining cardiovascular equipment Assisting with hemodynamic monitoring and procedural documentation Maintaining sterile technique and infection prevention standards Supporting patient safety and emergency procedures Maintaining equipment and procedural supplies Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or related program Applicable Florida license, registration, or certification Current BLS certification ACLS certification or ability to obtain Previous cardiovascular, cath lab, vascular, interventional, or surgical experience preferred What We Offer As part of USPI and the Tenet Healthcare family , eligible employees may receive: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off HSA and FSA options Career development and continuing education Employee Assistance Program Employee discounts Additional voluntary benefits Benefits and eligibility vary based on employment status and applicable plan terms.
