Requirements:
Current certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (preferred) Experience as a Cath Lab Tech in an acute care or hospital setting Proficient in assisting with cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placements, and related procedures Strong organizational skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the cath lab for scheduled and emergency procedures Operate imaging equipment with precision and ensure patient safety at all times Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to facilitate comprehensive patient care Accurately document procedures and assist in inventory management Adhere to all infection control and quality assurance standards
