Key Qualifications:
Current ARRT or RCIS certification (or equivalent), with Cath Lab Tech specialty. Minimum of 1-2 years of recent cath lab experience in a hospital or comparable setting. Proficient with imaging systems, patient monitoring equipment, and sterile techniques. ACLS and BLS certifications required. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings. Adaptable attitude and commitment to high standards of patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. Operate imaging equipment, ensuring accurate visualization during procedures. Monitor and record patient vital signs and procedural data. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and fellow techs to provide optimal patient outcomes. Uphold infection control and safety protocols. Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment and supplies.
