  • 1.0 FTE
  • 36 patient contact hours per week
Scope:
intra-operative assistance, in-office patient visits, inpatient call and consult rotation
    Call:
    5-6 call shifts/ month
    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Competitive Base Salary with shift differential when applicable
    • Additional compensation for call and call back coverage
    • Day one Benefits
    • Annual CME allowance: $3,000
    • Paid Malpractice
    • 403B with 6.5% match
    • Generous Time Off Qualifications
    • The ideal candidate is a team-oriented APP with experience in patient triage and OR support who is excited to be part of a growing neurosurgery program. The successful candidate will bring flexibility, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement while helping advance a high-quality, evolving service line.
    • Minimum of two years of experience as an inpatient Nurse Practitioner
    • Active Iowa NP license and board certification required
