1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Cardiovascular Sonographer with a full vascular skill set and prior travel experience for an Echo/Cardiac position requiring RDCS and RVT certifications. Details Cardiovascular and vascular sonography setting with a full range of vascular procedures Procedures include renal studies, pre-op assessments, pain mapping, and other detailed vascular work Average of 7-8 scans per day Charting performed in Epic (experience required) On-call requirement of 1-2 call shifts per week and 1-2 weekends per month Requirements Minimum of 2 years of current Cardiovascular and Vascular Sonographer experience At least 1 prior travel contract completed RDCS and RVT certifications required ARDMS or CCI certification required BLS certification from AHA or ARC required Active Iowa license required if applicable Epic EMR experience required Driver's License required for consideration Supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within the past 2 years preferred Additional Information Perform a full range of vascular sonography procedures including renal studies, pre-op assessments, pain mapping, and advanced vascular imaging Candidates who were employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for this position Travelers are expected to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving Time-off requests are limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday holiday periods
