$85/hour Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technician to join a high-performing cardiovascular team in Olympia Fields, IL. In this role, you will assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures by scrubbing cases, monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, and ensuring procedure rooms are fully prepared for patient care. The ideal candidate is skilled in invasive cardiology procedures, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Assist cardiologists and radiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Scrub and monitor cardiovascular procedures, including physiologic and hemodynamic data. Prepare and maintain Cath Lab procedure rooms and equipment. Ensure adequate inventory of instruments and medical supplies. Support invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records. Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team. Qualifications ARRT-R with applicable state licensure or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) required. ARRT-CI (Cardiac Interventional Technologist) or ARRT-VI (Vascular Interventional Technologist) certification preferred. Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience required. Completion of a Cardiovascular Technologist training program with emphasis on invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred. BLS (AHA) certification required. ACLS (AHA) certification required within 30 days of hire. Strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills. Why Join Us?
